Feedback from Learners

People often say they ‘enjoy’ Andy’s courses, despite the difficult content. Andy normalises conversations about mental health. People value that and it pays dividends for your business, as your MHFAiders® are more approachable, supportive, understanding and confident to help their peers in your business.

Andy says ‘there are no silly questions’ and that often the best learning is when he is asked a difficult question. Learners value it when he shares a helicopter rescue story or a support story from his volunteering experience to illustrate a learning point.
